REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your SANTOS ARIES eyewear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all packaging, cases, and accessories included.

To start a return, email us at santosaries.com@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond with the next steps and a return address if approved. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) orders

Our BOGO 'Buy One, Get One' offer includes a second pair at no extra cost. Because both pairs are part of a single discounted order, a full refund requires both pairs to be returned. If you choose to refund a part of your order, refunds will be calculated based on the total amount paid divided by the number of items in your order. This policy is implemented to avoid offer abuse.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at santosaries.com@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.

Exchanges

Please reach out to our customer support team to inquire about an exchange, please note that our exchange fee is $15 USD per item exchanged.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on items that show signs of wear, or on final-sale or clearance items. Gift cards are non-refundable.
